Hello, and welcome to the University of Miami Libraries Guide to Education Resources! The purpose of this guide is to help you navigate through the many education-related resources available to you through the University of Miami Libraries system and beyond.
The Libraries receive most new research publications from all major commercial and academic publishers that support the subject. The Department of Teaching and Learning is also served by selected applied publications as well. Additionally, the Library holds the Education Curriculum Collection (separate from the Education Curriculum Library which the School of Education maintains in the Merrick Building) which incorporates k-12 textbooks approved for use in Miami-Dade classrooms. To learn what is in this collection, perform a keyword search for “education curriculum collection” in the IBISWEB library catalog.
